摘要
非正式沟通是组织沟通的重要形式,具有沟通灵活、传播迅速、形式多样等优点,若使用不当容易滋生谣言,因此组织要合理利用非正式沟通,减少谣言的传播,预防谣言产生不良影响,发挥非正式沟通的积极作用。基于SIS传染病动力学模型,结合组织层面上的组织凝聚力和员工层面上的情绪智力这两个因素进行优化,分析了这两个因素对谣言传播的抑制作用,并进行仿真验证,探求管控谣言传播的措施。仿真结果表明:减少初始时刻谣言传播者参与人数、降低谣言的传播率、增加谣言的恢复率、提高组织凝聚力和员工情绪智力能够实现对组织中谣言的管控。最后根据仿真结果提出管控组织谣言传播的具体措施。
Informal communication is an important form of organizational communication, featuring advantages such as flexibility, rapid spread, and diverse forms. However, without control, it will breed rumors easily. Hence, the modem organization needs to make a proper use of the informal communication, inhibits the propagation of rumors and its potential adverse effects. Based on SIS model, the study analyzes two factors, i.e. the organizational cohesion in terms of management and the emotional intelligence in terms of employee, and their inhibitory effect for the propagation of rumors. Then the study carries out a simulation test, which explores the countermeasures for the control of rumors. The simulation results show that the control of the rumors can be a- chieved by reducing the initial number of participants, reducing the rate of propagation, increasing the rate of recovery, and improving the organizational cohesion and the employee 's emotional intelligence. The specific measures for control of rumors in organizations are thus proposed accordingly.
