摘要
宪法学在线课程的建设需要有良好的教学积淀和应得到持续关注。宪法学在线课程开发有自身的特点:时政性与法规范性兼具,具有学术敏感性而同时要面对正能量期待,彰显学术前沿性且内涵广泛。宪法学线上课程面临的困境:生活化案例相对较少,与宪法法治实践之间没有达到完全贯通,在观念拓清上需要完成的任务较重。为解决上述问题,需要在树立正确的宪法学网络课程建设观基础上,根据学科特点展开宪法学网络课程建设,通过专题设计实现宪法学的故事性讲授,借力境外宪法学案例助力教学,帮助学生树立正确的宪法理念。
Constitutional jurisprudence online course requires good didactics and constant design. Meanwhile, such an online course features both current political affairs and regulatory nora, s, and also manifests academic and social values. But the course construction is still faced with difficulties, such as lack of case study from daily life, which is not completely connected to the constitutional practice. Moreover, the course needs to clar ify the concepts. Therefore, it is necessary to have a correct mindset on the course construction based on the discipline characteristics. And teaching techniques, such as thematic design, storytelling and contractive case study, can be adopted to help students learn the constitutional concepts.
