早期联合应用奥司他韦、干扰素α2b喷雾剂治疗儿童流感样病例临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Oseltamivir Combined with Interferon Alpha 2b Spray in the Early Stage in Treatment of Children with Influenza like Illness

目的研究分析对儿童流感样病例在早期采用奥司他韦与干扰素a2b喷雾剂联合治疗的临床价值。方法该院于2017年4月—2018年4月方便选取128例流感样儿童病例作为该次研究的主要对象,分为参照组和研究组,参照组有64例,予以抗感颗粒与利巴韦林联合治疗,研究组有64例,予以奥司他韦与干扰素α2b喷雾剂联合治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、治疗各指标变化以及不良反应发生情况。结果分析数据,研究组总有效率为(95.31%),与参照组总有效率(81.25%)比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.116 8,P=0.013 4);研究组不良反应发生率为(3.13%),与参照组不良反应发生率(10.94%)比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.499 4,P=0.019 1);研究组症状缓解时间为(2.13±1.01)d、体温恢复正常时间为(1.17±0.23)d、治疗时间为(5.97±0.28)d,与参照组症状缓解时间(5.18±2.54)d、体温恢复正常时间(3.06±1.19)d、治疗时间(8.53±2.87)d比较,差异有统计学意义(t=8.926 4、12.475 0、7.102 1,P=0.000 0、0.000 0、0.000 0)。结论对儿童流感样病例采用奥司他韦结合干扰素α2b喷雾剂,治疗作用较为显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oseltamivir combined with interferon alpha 2b spray in the early stage in treatment of children with influenza like illness. Methods 128 cases of children with influenza like illness admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 64 cases in each, the control group were treated with kanggan granules and ribavirin, while the research group were treated with oseltamivir combined with interferon alpha 2b spray, and the clinical treatment effect, various indexes changes and occurfence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the research group and in the control group was respectively 95.31% and 81.25%, and the difference was statistically significant （χ^2=6.116 8,P= 0.013 4）; and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the research group and in the control group was respectively 3.13% and 10.94%, and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=5.499 4,P=0.019 1）, and the symptom relief time, body temperature normal time and treatment time in the research group and in the control group were respectively （2.13±1.01）d, （1.17±0.23） d, （5.97±0.28）d and （5.18±2.54）d, （3.06±1.19）d, （8.53±2.87） d, and the differences were statistically significant （t= 8.926 4, 12.475 0, 7.102 1, P=0.000 0, 0.000 0, 0.000 0） . Conclusion The effect of oseltamivir combined with interferon alpha 2b spray in the early stage in treatment of children with influenza like illness is obvious, which is worth clinical promotion.
