交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗对下肢骨干骨折患者治疗效果的临床分析 被引量:9

Clinical Analysis of Effect of Interlocking Nail Early Dynamization in Treatment of Patients with Diaphysial Fractures of Lower Extremity

摘要 目的评价交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗在下肢骨干骨折中的临床价值。方法方便选取2015年1月—2017年12月该院收治的下肢骨干骨折患者112例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例,两组均予以交锁髓内钉治疗及常规干预,观察组增加早期动力化治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组平均骨折愈合时间(14.52±1.41)周,显著低于对照组的(19.27±2.05)周(t=14.286,P<0.05),且延迟愈合率(0.00%)、感染率(1.78%)及下肢静脉血栓率(0.00%)亦明显低于对照组(χ~2=5.486、4.349、4.402,P<0.05);观察组患肢功能恢复优良率显著高于对照组(94.64%vs 78.57%,χ~2=4.926,P<0.05)。结论下肢骨干骨折患者行交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗,可有效缩短骨折愈合时间,促进患肢功能恢复,降低术后并发症的发生风险。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of interlocking nail early dynamization in treatment of patients with diaphysial fractures of lower extremity. Methods 112 cases of patients with diaphysial fractures of lower extremity admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 56 cases in each, both groups used the interlocking nail therapy and routine intervention, while the observation group increased the early dynamization, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The average fracture healing time in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group[(14.52±1.41)weeks vs (19.27±2.05)weeks,(t=14.286, P〈0.05)], and the delayed healing rate, infection rate and venous thrombosis rate of lower extremity were respectively 0.00%, 1.78% and 0.00%, which were obviously lower than those in the control group (χ^2=5.486, 4.349, 4.402, P〈0.05), and the excellent and good rate of recovery of affected side was obviously higher than that in the control group(94.64% vs 78.57%)(χ^2=4.926, P〈0.05). Conclusion The interlocking nail early dynamization in treatment of patients with diaphysial fractures of lower extremity can effectively shorten the fracture healing time, promote the recovery of affected sides, and reduce the occurrence risk of postoperative complications.
