氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效探讨

Study on Clinical Curative Effect of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in Treatment of Hypertension Combined with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀钙片在高血压合并冠心病临床治疗中的应用效果。方法方便择取该院于2017年1月—2018年7月期间收治的高血压合并冠心病患者102例,按照患者入院时间以及随机数字表法,划分为观察组(53例)、对照组(49例)。其中对照组患者接受阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组患者接受氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,对照组患者的舒张压、收缩压与观察组患者比较,差异有统计学意义(t=6.169 0、10.000 9,P<0.05)。对照组患者的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C与观察组患者比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.238 1、5.424 3、7.127 0、6.470 0,P<0.05)。结论在高血压合并冠心病临床治疗期间,对患者行氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,不仅可以对患者的血压、血脂进行有效改善,而且具有良好的安全性,应临床推广使用。

Objective To study the application effect of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease. Methods 102 cases of patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 49 cases were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets, while the observation group were treated with amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets, and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the diastolic pressure and systolic pressure in the control group and in the observation group showed the different was statistically significant（t=6.169 0,10.000 9 P〈0.05）, and the comparison of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C in the two groups showed the different was statistically significant（t=5.238 1,5.424 3, 7.127 0,6.470 0,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease can effectively improve the blood pressure and blood liquid, with good safety, and it can be promoted and applied in clinic.
