疼痛护理干预在骨科患者术后疼痛中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Pains Nursing Intervention in the Postoperative Pains in the Department of Orthopedics

目的分析疼痛护理干预在骨科病患术后疼痛的应用效果。方法随机选取2016年1月—2018年2月80例骨科病患,将病患随机分为常规组与实验组。常规组采取常规的护理方法,实验组采取疼痛护理干预。比较两组病患的VAS疼痛指数评分、PSQI睡眠质量指数以及护理干预后的护理满意度。结果实验组术后12 h、术后14 h、术后36 h疼痛指数评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疼痛护理干预后,实验组和常规组的睡眠质量优良率分别为95.0%、80.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.114 3,P=0.042 5);实验组和常规组护理满意度分别为97.5%、82.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.022 5,P=0.008 0)。结论疼痛护理干预在骨科病患的术后疼痛应用中效果显著,能够有效的降低病患疼痛指数,提高护理满意度,值得被广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of pains nursing intervention in the postoperative pains in the department of orthopedics. Methods 80 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the routine group used the routine nursing method, while the experimental group used the pains nursing intervention, and the VAS pains index score, PSQI sleep quality index and nursing satisfactory degree after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The pains indexes scores in 12 h, 14 h and 36 h after surgery in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, after the pains nursing intervention, the sleep quality excellent and good rate in the experimental group and in the routine group was respectively 95.0%, 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=4.114 3, P=0.042 5）, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the experimental group and in the routine group was respectively 97.5%, 82.5%,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=7.022 5, P=0.008 0）. Conclusion The pains nursing intervention in the postoperative pains has an obvious application effect, which can effectively reduce the pains index, and improve the nursing satisfactory degree, and it is worth wide application.
