康复训练和护理干预在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中的应用效果探讨

Study on Application Effect of Rehabilitation Training and Nursing Intervention in Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy

目的对康复训练和护理干预在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中的应用效果进行探讨。方法方便选取2017年2月—2018年1月期间收治的71例痉挛型脑瘫患儿开展研究,依据护理方式不同分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=36),对照组施以常规护理,观察组采用康复训练以及护理干预。对两组患儿护理效果、患儿发育情况、患儿家长满意度进行对比。结果两组患儿护理有效率对比,观察组总有效率94.44%大于对照组77.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.390,P<0.05)。对观察组与对照组两组患儿发育情况进行对比,观察组发育迟滞2.77%低于对照组17.14%,临界状态5.56%低于对照组20.00%,观察组正常发育91.67%高于对照组62.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.121,3.345,8.438,P<0.05)。两组患儿家长满意度对比,观察组患儿家长满意度91.67%高于对照组71.43%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.860,P<0.05)。结论康复训练和护理干预在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中应用具有显著效果,能够提高护理有效率,提高患儿生存质量,使患儿得到正常发育,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the application effect of rehabilitation training and nursing intervention in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 71 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing ways, the control group with 35 cases used the routine nursing, while the observation group with 36 cases used the rehabilitation training and nursing intervention, and the nursing effect, development of children and satisfactory degree of children’s family were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （94.44% vs 77.14%）, and the difference was statistically significant （χ^2=4.390, P〈0.05）, and the developmental lag in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （2.77% vs 17.14%）, and the critical condition was lower than that in the control group （5.56% vs 20.00%）, and the normal development in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（91.67% vs 62.86%）, and the difference was statistically significant （χ^2=4.121, 3.345, 8.438, P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree of children’s family in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （91.67% vs 71.43%）, and the difference was statistically significant （χ^2=4.860, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The rehabilitation training and nursing intervention have an obvious application effect of children with spastic cerebral palsy, which can improve the nursing effective rate, improve the survival quality and make the children develop normally, and it is worth clinical promotion.
