移动平台在恶性梗阻性黄疸携带PTCD管出院患者延续性护理中的应用

Application of Mobile Platform in the Continuous Nursing of Discharged Patients with Malignant Obstructive Jaundice Carrying the PTCD Tube

目的探究开展移动平台延续性护理对恶性梗阻性黄疸携带PTCD管出院患者的实施效果。方法方便选取该院在2015年2月—2018年5月间收治的恶性梗阻性黄疸携带PTCD管出院患者92例,根据不同的情况随机分为观察组与对照组,每组均为46例,其中对照组患者出院后采用电话随访,观察组患者出院后采用移动平台延续护理模式。比较两组患者经过干预后的情况。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率6.52%明显优于对照组患者的并发症发生率63.04%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.682;P<0.05)。观察组患者的GQLT-74的各项指标评分明显比对照组在GQLT-74的各项指标评分都要高;比较两组差异有统计学意义(t=7.423,4.893,10.312,4.014;P<0.05)。结论移动平台的随访操作简单、便捷,通过图片与视频等方式可呈现的内容更加直观,能够有效的对患者进行自我护理的指导。提高患者的生活质量和自我管理能力,并且能够降低携带PTCD管出院患者的并发症的发生率。

Objective To study the mobile platform in the continuous nursing of discharged patients with malignant obstructive jaundice carrying the PTCD tube. Methods 92 cases of discharged patients with malignant obstructive jaundice carrying the PTCD tube in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in each, the control group used the telephone follow-up after discharge, while the observation group used the mobile platform continuous nursing model, and the conditions after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（6.52% vs 63.04%）, and the difference was statistically significant （χ^2=12.682;P〈0.05）, and various indicators of GQLT-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group; and the differences were statistically significant（t= 7.423, 4.893, 10.312, 4.014; P〈0.05） . Conclusion The follow-up operation of mobile platform is simple and easy, and it can intuitively show the contents by the pictures and videos, which can effectively conduct the self-nursing guidance for patients, improve the quality of life and self-management abilities of patients, and it can reduce the incidence rate of complications of discharged patients with malignant obstructive jaundice carrying the PTCD tube.
