益气活血法治疗缺血性中风偏瘫临床研究

Clinical Study of Yiqi Huoxue Method on Treating Ischemic Stroke Hemiplegia

目的：探讨并研究益气活血法治疗缺血性中风偏瘫的临床疗效。方法：将90例缺血性中风偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各45例,两组患者均给予西医常规治疗及康复训练,治疗组在此基础上加用益气活血法,包括中药汤剂及针刺治疗。两组均治疗8周后进行疗效分析,比较日常生活活动能力（ADL）指数评分和Fugl-Meyer运动功能（FMA）疗效。结果：在临床疗效方面,两组患者总有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组;两组患者治疗后ADL指数评分比较有差异（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组;两组患者治疗后Fugl-Meyer运动功能疗效比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：益气活血法治疗缺血性中风偏瘫疗效显著,可以显著改善患者的生活质量,具有一定的优势,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore and study the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue method on treating ischemic stroke hemiplegia. Methods：90 patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into treatment group（n=45）and control group（n=45）. The control group was treated with routine treatment and rehabilitation training of Western medicine. On the basis of these methods of treatment,the treatment group was treated with supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation method,including traditional Chinese medicine decoction and acupuncture therapy. The efficacies of ADL index score and Fugl-Meyer motor function were compared between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment. Results：In terms of clinical efficacy,there was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups（P〈0.01）,the curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group. There was significant difference in ADL index score between the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）,and the treatment group was superior to the control group. There was significant difference in the effect of Fugl-Meyer motor function between the two groups after treatment（P〈0.01）,and the treatment group was obviously better than the control group. Conclusion：Yiqi Huoxue method had a significant effect on ischemic stroke hemiplegia,it could significantly improve the quality of life for patients,it had certain advantages,and it was worthy of clinical promotion.
