自拟方补肾1号加减联合克氯米芬对子宫内膜影响

Effect of Bushen No.1 Decoction Combined with Clomiphene Citrate on HCG Day Endometrial Thickness

目的：观察自拟方补肾1号加减联合枸橼酸氯米芬片（Clomiphene citrate,CC）对子宫内膜及妊娠率的影响。方法：将77例符合诊断、纳入标准的患者作为观察对象,按随机表分组法分成3组：补肾1号组26例,芬吗通组26例和CC组25例。CC组患者单纯给予CC治疗,补肾1号组患者予以补肾1号和CC治疗,芬吗通组患者予以芬吗通（雌激素红片2 mg/片）和CC治疗,比较3组患者用药后子宫内膜厚度及妊娠情况。结果：与CC组比较,补肾1号组可增加HCG日子宫内膜厚度（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。补肾1号组与芬吗通组比较HCG日子宫内膜厚度大致相同,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。3组妊娠数比较,P〉0.05,无统计学差异。结论：补肾1号联合CC较单独使用CC可增加HCG日子宫内膜厚度,其药物加减化裁具有灵活性,具有临床应用价值。

Objective：To observe the effect of Bushen No.1 Decoction combined with clomifene citrate（CC）on endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate in patients. Methods：77 patients of infertility due to PCOS were randomly divided into three groups：Bushen No.1 group 26 cases,Femoston group 26 cases and CC group 25 cases. Patients in CC group were given only CC;Bushen No.1 group was treated with BushenNo.1 Decoction and CC,while patients in Femoston group were treated with Femoston（estrogenic red tablets）and CC treatment. The endometrium on HCG day and number of pregnancies were compared among the three groups. Results：Compared with CC group,Bushen No.1 group could increased the endometrial thickness on HCG days（P〈0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant. Compared with the Femoston group,the thickness of endometrium on HCG days were almost the same as that of Bushen No.1 group,and the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. There was no statistical difference among the three groups of pregnancy（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Bushen No.1 Decoction combined with CC can increase the thickness of HCG endometrium and has clinical application value.
