从痰瘀论治非酒精性脂肪肝研究进展

Advances in Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease from Phlegm and Blood Stasis

非酒精性脂肪肝（non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD）是临床常见的一类脂肪性肝病,中医学将其归属于＂积聚＂＂痰痞＂＂肥气＂＂胁痛＂等范畴,中医学者大多认为该病的病因以痰浊、瘀血为首,病机以肝失疏泄、脾失健运、痰瘀互结为主,临证诊治或以理气祛痰为主,或以活血化瘀为主,或两者同时兼顾,相辅相成,疗效颇为显著。该文以中医的痰瘀理论为主要切入点来探讨近年来非酒精性脂肪肝的研究进展,以期能为非酒精性脂肪肝的诊断与治疗提供更为丰富的理论依据。

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）is a common type of fatty liver disease. It is classified as＂accumulation＂＂sputum＂＂gas＂and＂hypochronic pain＂. In areas such as Chinese medicine,most scholars believe that the cause of the disease is phlegm and blood stasis. The main pathogenesis is liver dysfunction,dys-splenism,and phlegm and blood stasis binding together,the clinical diagnosis and treatment are mainly based on regulating Qi and dispelling phlegm,or promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,or both at the same time,complement each other,the curative effect is quite remarkable. In this paper,the research progress of non-alcoholic fatty liver in recent years is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine as the main entry point,in order to provide a more theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
