牛黄上清丸治疗寻常型痤疮及对IL-17、IL-18、TNF-α影响

Effect of Niuhuang Shangqing Pill on Serum IL-17,IL-18 and TNF-α in Acne Vulgaris

目的：探讨牛黄上清丸治疗寻常型痤疮及其对IL-17、IL-18及TNF-α的影响。方法：选择收治的寻常型痤疮患者102例,依据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,各51例,对照组予以西医常规治疗;治疗组予以牛黄上清丸治疗,两组患者均治疗6周。比较两组患者临床疗效,血清IL-17、IL-18及TNF-α水平,中医证候积分改善情况。结果：治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率为90.20%,对照组临床总有效率为70.59%,治疗组较对照组改善明显,两组结果具有显著差异（P〈0.05）;两组患者血清IL-17、IL-18及TNF-α水平均有所降低,治疗组较对照组降低明显,结果具有显著差异（P〈0.05）;两组患者中医证候积分均有所改善,治疗组患者中医证候积分改善程度均较对照组显著（P〈0.05）。结论：牛黄上清丸可有效治疗寻常型痤疮,改善其临床症状,促进病损部位皮肤新陈代谢速度,实验研究也表明痤疮的治疗应从多层面全方位的选择合理治疗方案,以增强疗效、减少不良反应为主要目的,故该方案值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the effect of Niuhuang Shangqing Pill on serum IL-17,IL-18 and TNF-αin acne vulgaris. Methods：Collected our hospital 102 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,51 for each. The control group was treated by Western medicine routine treatment,based on the control group,the treatment group was treated with Niuhuang Shangqing Pill,both of them would continue for 6 weeks. Compared the total clinical effective rate,the IL-17,IL-18 and TNF-αlevel in serum,the improvement of the TCM syndrome integral. Results：After the treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 90.20% in the treatment group,the total clinical effective rate was 70.59% in the control group,which was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The improvement of serum IL-17,IL-18 and TNF-α in the treatment group was significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;The improvement of TCM syndrome integral in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Niuhuang Shangqing Pill could effectively treat acne vulgaris,improved the clinical symptoms and promoted the skin metabolism speed of the lesion. The experimental study also showed that the treatment of acne should be rational treatment plan from multiple levels,in order to enhance curative effect and reduce adverse reactions,so it was worthy of clinical application.
