补肾中药对于高尿酸血症治疗作用研究

Research of Therapeutic Effects of Nourishing Kidney Traditional Chinese Medicine on Hyperuricemia

高尿酸血症临床发病率逐年攀升,现代医学研究表明高尿酸血症主要由尿酸排泄功能失调引起,其发生和发展与肾功能损伤关系密切。我国传统医学认为,肾气不足,开阖失司,体内多余水液废物不能正常排出体外,引起血液尿酸水平升高。因此,中医常用补肾药治疗高尿酸血症,疗效确切,取得了较好的临床治疗效果。该文对近年来补肾中药治疗高尿酸血症的基础和临床研究进行归纳总结,为高尿酸血症临床用药及新药研发提供思路和参考。

The incidence of hyperuricemia is increasing year by year. Modern medical research revealed that hyperuricemia is caused by uric acid excretion disorder. Its occurrence and development are highly related to renal function injury. In traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,less of kidney Qi and unbalanced operation leads dysfunction of superfluous water waste excretion,which finally results in high level of serum uric acid. On the basis of this theory,in TCM clinic,nourishing kidney medicines is used for hyperuricemia,which have an obvious curative effect and clinical therapeutic benefit. This paper summarized recent basic and clinic research results of nourishing kidney TCM on hyperuricemia to provide a reference for new drug development and clinic rational drug usage.
