Th17/Treg Balance:A New Target of Treating COPD with Qianjin Weijin Decoction

在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的发生发展过程中,Th17和Treg平衡起着至关重要的作用。而Notch通路对Th17和Treg有调节作用,可维持体内Th17/Treg的平衡,从而阻止疾病的进展。吸烟对人体健康的危害涉及到呼吸、心血管、神经等多个系统。千金苇茎汤是中医经典的清热解毒、清肺化痰、逐瘀排脓方剂,在临床中广泛用于包括COPD在内的各种呼吸系统疾病。为此,从千金苇茎汤对Th17/Treg的调节探讨与COPD的关系,为治疗提供了新的思路。

The imbalance between Th17 and Treg may be the main mechanism of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）,and Notch pathway could moderate the cell balance of Th17/Treg,so as to dalay the progression of disease. The harm of smoking to human health involves many systems such as respiration,cardiovascular,nerve,etc. Qianjin Weijin Decoction is a classic decoction of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）with function of clearing heat and detoxicating,clearing lung and eliminating phlegm,removing blood stasis and discharging pus. It is commonly used in respiratory system diseases. We discussed the relationship of COPD and Qianjin Weijin Decoction from regulating Th17/Trey,provided a new target of treating COPD.
