miRNAs与神经再生关系在缺血性脑卒中后的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 miRNAs作为参与缺血性脑卒中病理生理的调控基因表达分子,具有高度的保守性,与其靶基因的表达有着密切的联系,研究miRNAs和其靶基因在神经再生上的作用机制和功能,有利于为临床治疗脑卒中提供新的方法。该文就近年来miRNAs在缺血性脑卒中神经再生发病机制中的研究成果进行简要综述。 miRNAs are highly conserved as molecules involved in the regulation of pathophysiological regulation of ischemic stroke. They are closely related to the expression of their target genes,and study the mechanism and function of miRNAs and target genes on neuroregeneration. It will provide new methods for clinical treatment of stroke. This article is a review about some researchs on the pathogenesis of miRNAs in neuroregeneration after ischemic stroke in recent years.
