论热入血室证治

Discussion on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Heat Invading Blood Chamber

在张仲景的《伤寒论》中,关于热入血室证的论述,一共只有4条条文。现笔者基于仲景这些条文的论述,并结合历代医家对此证的发挥与不同见解,对＂血室＂的含义以及＂热入＂的特点进行深入的总结与分析。指出＂血室＂是发病的病所,且代指胞宫,因此,热入血室为女子所特有之疾病;＂热入＂是发病的前提,主要有热随经陷和热邪直中两种途径;＂血热＂是发病的关键,热扰血分、热与血结以及热迫血下是其热入后诸证的主要病机;其治法主要有＂小柴胡汤＂＂刺期门＂,或者待其自愈。若见女子是由除下血外的其他病因引起的血室空虚,而有热入血室的临床表现时,效此法治疗当有一定的参考价值。

In the Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases by ZHANG Zhongjing,there are 4 articles mentioned about heat invading blood chamber. Based on these articles as well as combined opinions about ＂heat invading blood chamber＂from traditional Chinese physicians of all dynasties,the author deeply explored and analyzed＂blood chamber＂and＂heat invasion＂. Pointed out that＂blood chamber＂is the root of attack,refer to uterus. Therefore,heat invading blood chamber is peculiar to women;＂heat invasion＂is a precondition of attack,mainly from Qi sinking and stiking directly.＂Blood chamber＂is a main reason of attack. Major pathogenesis like,heat breaking into blood aspect,heat combining with blood and heat forcing blood flowing down,which are the main reasons of symptoms after heat attack. In this way,＂XiaochaihuDecoction＂＂acupucturing Qimen＂could be used as effective treatment methods,or wait for the self healing of the disease. However,clinical manifestation of woman who is not on period but with heat invading blood chamber,the treatments should be considered as a certain reference value.
