柴芍六君子汤合半夏泻心汤治疗糖尿病临床研究

Clinical Study of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Banxia Xiexin Decoction in Treating Diabetes Mellitus

目的：研究柴芍六君子汤合半夏泻心汤对2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法：选择2016年6月—2017年12月来我院就诊的2型糖尿病患者68例作为研究对象。按照随机表法,分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组只进行常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用柴芍六君子汤合半夏泻心汤口服治疗。结果：观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后的中医证候积分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖血红蛋白较治疗前均显著降低,且观察组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后患者的BMI值、焦虑及抑郁情况得到明显改善,且观察组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：柴芍六君子汤合半夏泻心汤能通过调理脾胃改善糖尿病患者症状、降低血糖,对2型糖尿病具有治疗作用,且疗效确切。

Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of Chaiqin Liujunzi Decoction combined with Banxia Xiexin Decoction on type 2 diabetes. Methods：A total of 68 patients with type 2 diabetes who visited our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group only received routine treatment. The observation group was treated with Chaiqin Liujunzi Decoction and Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the basis of routine treatment. Results：The treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The TCM syndrome scores, fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycohemoglobinafter treatment in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the patients＇ BMI, anxiety and depression were significantly improved, and the observation group was better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Chaiqin Liujunzi Decoction combined with Banxia Xiexin Decoction can improve the symptoms of diabetic patients, lower blood sugar by treating spleen and stomach, and it has curative effect on type 2 diabetes.
