中医辨证施护对妇科手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成及患者满意度影响

Influence of TCM Syndrome Differentiation on Deep Venous Thrombosis and Patient Satisfaction after Gynecologic Operation

目的：对妇科手术患者中开展中医辨证施护的效果进行探讨。方法：选择我院2014年7月—2017年6月收治的妇科手术患者120例作为观察对象,依据随机数字表法分为常规组和实验组,每组各60例。常规组接受常规护理,实验组在此基础上接受中医辨证施护,统计并对比两组下肢深静脉血栓发生率、护理满意度。结果：实验组下肢深静脉血栓发生率为1.67%,显著低于常规组的13.34%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组患者Lysholm[（85.5±12.8）分]均显著优于常规组[（71.5±12.2）分],两组差异比较具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组护理满意度为98.33%,显著高于常规组的80.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：针对妇科手术患者开展中医辨证护理,能够显著减少术后下肢深静脉血栓,获得了患者的广泛认可。

Objective：To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in gynecologic surgery patients. Methods：120 cases of gynecologic surgery from July 2014 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected as the observation subjects. They were divided into routine group and experimental group according to random number table,60 cases in each group. The conventional group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received TCM dialectical nursing on this basis. The incidence and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results：The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities was 1.67% in the experimental group,which was significantly lower than that of the conventional group（13.34%）. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The Lysholm[（85.5±12.8）points] in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the conventional group[（71.5±12.2）points],the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the routine group（80.00%）,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：According to the dialectical nursing of TCM for gynecologic operation,it can reduce the deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities significantly,and get the extensive approval of the patients.
