摘要
甘草酸及甘草次酸作为甘草生物活性成分,通过抑制11β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶(11β-HSD1)和11β-HSD2等活性产生假性醛固酮增多的副作用,该文对其产生原因及长期用药安全性,可能因竞争或诱导代谢酶使药物产生相互作用等方面进行总结。甘草酸作为临床治疗肝炎常用药,甘草次酸作为代谢产物,其副作用及其药物相互作用应得到重视,保证临床用药安全的同时,可开发为小分子靶向修饰剂。
Glycyrrhizinate and glycyrrhetinic acid in licorice as bioactive components,the side effects of pseudoaldosteronism by inhibiting 11β-HSD1 and 11β-HSD2,in this paper,the reasons for its occurrence and long-term drug safety,the possible interaction of drugs due to competition or induction of metabolic enzymes are discussed. Glycyrrhizinate is commonly used in the clinical treatment of hepatitis,and glycyrrhetinic acid is a metabolite. The side effects and drug interactions should be paid attention,so as to ensure the safety of clinical drug use,it can be developed as a small molecular targeted modifier.
