微血管性心绞痛中西医诊疗研究进展

Research Progress in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Microvascular Angina

微血管性心绞痛（Microvascular angina,MVA）是一种发病率较高且诊断率较低的疾病。随着现代医学在诊疗技术方面的不断进步,误诊率的降低,MVA的患病率得到了真实的反映,因其较高的发病率,逐渐受到临床学者的重视。虽然目前对MVA的研究取得了可观的成绩,但临床收效不甚理想。现代医学对该病的认识仍在不断的探索阶段,在治疗该病时主要以血管活性药物、他汀类等药物为主,但疗效不稳定。MVA属中医＂胸痹心痛病＂的范畴,中医学辨证论治、个体化治疗等独特优势在治疗MVA时发挥着重要的作用。但同样没有形成规范合理的诊疗方案。为推动中西医对MVA的研究,该文通过文献检索等方式对中西医诊疗研究现状进行综述。

Microvascular angina（MVA）is a disease with high incidence and low diagnosis rate. Along with the advance of modern medicine in diagnosis and treatment technology,reduce the misdiagnosis rate,the prevalence of MVA got real reaction,because of its high incidence,clinical scholar＇s attention gradually.Although the current research on MVA has achieved considerable results,the clinical results are not very satisfactory. The understanding of the disease in modern medicine is still in the stage of exploration. In the treatment of the disease,it mainly focuses on vasoactive drugs,statins and other drugs,but the efficacy is not stable. MVA belongs to the category of TCM＂chest pain＂,and the unique advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and individualized treatment play an important role in the treatment of MVA.But there is also no standard protocol. In order to promote the research on MVA of Chinese and Western medicine,this paper reviews the current situation of TCM diagnosis and treatment through literature retrieval.
