摘要
本试验旨在研究磷酸一二钙(MDCP)和磷酸氢钙(DCP)对肉仔鸡生长性能、胫骨指标和血清生化指标的影响,以评价MDCP相对于DCP的生物学利用率。试验采用2×6双因子随机区组试验设计,采用MDCP和DCP 2种磷源,设6个磷添加水平(0、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%和0.25%)。将990只1日龄健康科宝肉公鸡按体重相近原则随机分为11个组(对照组共用),每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。试验期21 d。结果表明:磷源和磷添加水平交互作用对肉仔鸡生长性能、养分表观代谢率、胫骨指标和血清生化指标均无显著影响(P>0.05)。M DCP添加组肉仔鸡采食量、体增重、胫骨灰分含量、血清磷含量均显著高于DCP添加组(P<0.05),而血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著低于DCP组(P<0.05),且随着磷添加水平提高,肉仔鸡采食量、体增重显著增加(P<0.05),而料重比和死淘率显著降低(P<0.05)。0.25%添加组的钙表观代谢率显著高于对照组和0.05%添加组(P<0.05),且其磷表观代谢率、胫骨钙含量、胫骨磷含量和胫骨强度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。随着磷添加水平的提高,血清磷含量显著提高(P<0.05),而血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。综合考虑肉仔鸡体增重、胫骨指标和血清生化指标,相对于DCP(100%),MDCP对肉仔鸡的生物学利用率是112.5%。
This experiment was to study the effects of dicalcium phosphate (DCP) and mono-dicalcium phosphate (MDCP) on growth performance, tibia indices and serum biochemical indices of broilers, and to assess the relative bioavailability of MDCP with DCP as the control. The experiment used a 2×6 two factor randomized block design, diets contained 2 phosphate sources (DCP and MDCP) and 6 phosphate supplemental levels (0, 0.05%, 0.10%, 0.15%, 0.20% and 0.25%). A total of 990 one-day old Cobb male broilers were randomly divided into 11 groups (control group shared) with 6 replicates per group and 15 broilers per replicate. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed that there were not significant interactions between phosphate source and phosphate supplemental level for growth performance, nutrient apparent metabolic rate, tibia indices and serum biochemical indices of broilers ( P 〉0.05). The feed intake, body weight gain, tibia ash content and serum phosphorus content of broilers in MDCP supplemental group were significantly higher than those in DCP supplemental group ( P 〈0.05), but the serum alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly lower than that in DCP supplemental group ( P 〈0.05). With the phosphate supplemental level increasing, the feed intake, body weight gain of broilers were significantly improved ( P 〈0.05), the ratio of feed to gain and mortality were significantly decreased ( P 〈0.05). The calcium apparent metabolic rate in 0.25% supplemental group was significantly higher than that in control group and 0.05% supplemental group ( P 〈0.05), and the phosphorus metabolic rate, tibia calcium content, tibial phosphorus content and tibial strength in 0.25% supplemental group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈0.05). With the phosphate supplemental level increasing, the serum phosphorus content was significantly increased ( P 〈0.05), but the serum alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly decreased ( P 〈0.05). According to body weight gain, tibia indices and serum biochemical indices of broilers, the bioavailability for broilers of MDCP relative to DCP (100%) is 112.5%.
