摘要
锌是动物机体所需的重要微量元素,在机体内多种生理活动中都发挥着重要的作用。肠道既是营养物质消化吸收的主要场所,又是阻止饲料与外界环境中有害物质侵入机体的一道天然屏障。大量研究显示,氧化锌可影响动物肠道屏障,促进肠道功能的正常发挥,但也存在使用药理剂量氧化锌污染环境的问题。本文就氧化锌与新型氧化锌(纳米氧化锌、蒙脱石-氧化锌、包被氧化锌等)对断奶仔猪肠道机械屏障、生物屏障、免疫屏障的影响进行综述,为未来研究新型氧化锌在幼畜中的利用提供一定的理论参考。
Zinc is a significant microelement which participates in various physiological activities in the body.As the main place to digest and absorb the nutrients,the intestine also acts as a natural physiological barrier to prevent the invasion of hazardous substances in the surroundings and feed. A large number of studies have shown that zinc oxide can affect the intestinal barriers of animals and promote the exertion of intestinal function,but the supplementation of pharmacological zinc oxide( Zn O) can induce the environmental pollution. In this article,the effects of ordinary zinc oxide and newproducts of zinc oxide including zinc oxide nanoparticles( nano-Zn O),zinc oxide-montmorillonite hybrid( Zn O-MMT) and coated Zn O on intestinal mechanical barrier,bio-barrier and immune barrier of weaned piglets have been reviewed,which may provide theoretical references for further study on the application of new-type zinc oxide in young stock.
