摘要 现代意义上的液态发酵饲料是食品工业副产品及农副产品或饲料与水按1.0∶1.5至1∶4混合后,经充分发酵后形成稳定状态的饲料,具有抑制病原菌增殖、提高畜禽生长性能、改善胃肠道健康、扩大饲料来源、降低生产成本等优势。自欧盟宣布全面禁止使用抗生素类饲料添加剂以来,人们在安全、有效的无抗饲料的生产与应用技术方面开展了大量研究,液态发酵饲料作为一种无抗饲料,具有广泛的应用前景。本文就液态发酵饲料的生产工艺、品质影响因素及其在养猪生产上的应用进行综述,以期为液态发酵饲料的推广应用提供参考。 In the modern sense,the fermented liquid feed is a stable state of feed that is fully fermented by some particular probiotics with food industry by-product,the agricultural and sideline products or feed mixed with water at a ratio ranging from 1.0∶1.5 to 1∶4.It has the ability to inhibit the proliferation of pathogens,improve the grow th performance of livestock and poultry,improve the health of the gastrointestinal tract,expand the source of feed,and reduce the production costs.M any studies have been conducted on the production and application of safe and effective non-antibiotics feed since European Union implemented a total ban on the use of antibiotics in feed.The fermented liquid feed,as a non-antibiotics feed,has a wide range of application prospects.In present study,we summarized the production process,factors affecting the quality and its application in pig raising of fermented liquid feed,hoping that it can provide reference for the promotion and application of fermented liquid feed.
