摘要
本试验旨在研究在妊娠后期及哺乳期母猪饲粮中添加不同量的膨化苜蓿草粉-亚麻籽对其繁殖性能及初乳脂肪酸组成的影响。试验选用80头妊娠后期(妊娠83 d)长×大二元初产母猪,随机分为4个组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加5%、10%和15%的膨化苜蓿草粉-亚麻籽。试验预试期7 d,正试期55 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加膨化苜蓿草粉-亚麻籽可显著提高母猪平均日采食量(P <0.05),且15%膨化苜蓿草粉-亚麻籽添加组母猪平均日采食量最高; 2)随着膨化苜蓿草粉-亚麻籽添加量的增加,母猪哺乳期背膘损失逐渐减小,仔猪第21天窝重、窝平均日增重、第21天个体重以及母猪初乳中单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)含量、不饱和脂肪酸/饱和脂肪酸(UFA/SFA)值逐渐增高,但差异均不显著(P>0.05); 3)仔猪断奶(21日龄)时,15%膨化苜蓿草粉-亚麻籽添加组的均匀度最好。由此可见,膨化苜蓿草粉-亚麻籽可以提高母猪繁殖性能及初乳中M UFA含量与UFA/SFA值。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different supplemental performance levels and of extruded alfalfa meal-linseed during late-gestation and lactation period on reproduction fatty later sows acid composition trial,eighty allotted(Landrace×Large groups in colostrum of sows.were In this White primiparous in sows in gestation in 83gestation)Sows days of randomly to 4 with 4 replicates each group and 5 each replicate.diet,and in the control group were fed a basal those in experimental groups were fed the basal diet with 5%,10%and 15%extruded alfalfa meal-linseed,respectively.The trial lasted for 55 days supplemented follows:1)compared group,dietary after 7 days adaption.The results showed increased as with the control extruded alfalfa(P〈0.05),which in 15%extruded meal-linseed significantly average was daily feed intake of sows highest.2)With the extruded alfalfa meal-linseed supplemental alfalfa level meal-linseed supplemental group the increasing,the decreased,while backfat thickness loss of sows in lactation was the litter weight of day21,average litter daily weight gain,individual weight of day 21 of piglets as well as the monounsaturated fatty(MUFA)increased(/SFA)acid were and with the no ratio of unsaturated fatty acid to saturated fatty acid UFA in sow colostrum(P〉0.05).3)When piglets weaning(21 days of age),the best meal-linseed significant differences weight distribution in 15% extruded alfalfa supplemental group was the best.It is concluded the that sows,and extruded alfalfa meal-linseed/SFA can sow enhance the reproduction performance of increase MUFA content colostrum.
