摘要 风电机组主轴轴承是风机运动的重要部件,同时又是风电机组中的薄弱部位.建立径向载荷下滚子轴承内部载荷分布的几何模型,通过计算得到游隙与载荷分布的关系.采用Romax软件建立1.5MW直驱式风电机组主轴系的三维模型,通过改变轴承的游隙参数,得到轴承滚子、滚道接触应力分布情况,并与理论计算结果与试验机测试结果作对比研究,验证其准确性.结果表明,主轴轴承与内外圈的接触应力随着游隙绝对值的增大而增大,当存在小的负游隙时,接触应力最小.为研究主轴轴承的承载能力和疲劳寿命提供一种快速有效的方法. The main shaft bearing is the important component and weak position in wind turbine. The geomet-rical model of the internal load distribution of the roller bearing under radial load is established,and the rela-tionship between the clearance and the load distribution is calculated. Changing different running clearance ofthe bearing,before the three-dimensional simplified model for the main shaft of 1. 5MW direct drive wind tur-bines is established in Romax,in order to get roller bearing raceway contact stress distribution. And the simula-tion results have been compared with the theoretical calculations and results of test machine. The research re-sults show that contact stress increases with the increase of the absolute value of the clearance,when the mainbearing has a small negative clearance and the contact stress is minimal. It provides a fast and effective methodfor the study of the bearing capacity and the fatigue life.
