摘要
中国大陆众多高校已经开设了社会工作专业,然而正在接受训练的学生却在不断的发问:社会工作专业化、职业化了吗?本研究旨在调查南京师范大学最早毕业的四届社会工作专业学生的就业去向以及即将毕业的大四的社会工作专业学生的专业理念、专业课程的设置、获取专业知识信息的途径与就业取向和态度等。调查发现社会工作专业毕业生就业的主要通道是企业与高校,而真正从事社区服务以及社会工作的比例很小。参与调查的在籍学生认为社会工作专业还没有被社会认同,政府应该在社会工作专业化和职业化方面履行更重要的角色。
The major of social wok has been provided at many universities in China's Mainland, but their students often raise the questions: "Is social work specialized and professionalized?" This study aims to investigate social work graduates’ job engagement and current students’ social work ideas, curriculum training, obtaining knowledge and information approaches, and occupational orientation and attitude at Nanjing Normal University. The research finds that the majority of social work graduates mainly goes to corporations and universities, and very few graduates are engaged in social work. At the same time, current students in social work think that social work has not been accepted by the society. They claim that the government should play the key role in the professionalization of social work.
