中医经络操在慢性心力衰竭合并高脂血症患者中的应用研究

Effect of TCM Meridian Exercises in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure Complicated with Hyperlipidemia

目的:探讨中医经络操在慢性心力衰竭合并高脂血症患者中的应用效果。方法:将84例慢性心力衰竭合并高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用中医经络操干预,比较两组患者的临床疗效、血脂、生活能力和运动能力。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.24%,对照组患者总有效率为73.81%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组比较,治疗组患者TC、TG、LDL-C明显低于对照组,HDL-C明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后Barthel、Fugl-Meyer评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医经络操干预慢性心力衰竭合并高脂血症患者能改善患者临床症状和血脂代谢,提高患者生活能力和运动能力。

Objective： To study the effect of TCM meridian exercises in patients with chronic heart failure complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods： A total of 84 patients with chronic heart failure and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 42 cases in each group. Patients were treated by conventional treatment and meridian exercises based on conventional treatment in treatment group. The clinical efficacy, blood lipid, living ability and athletic ability were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 95.24% in treatment group and 73.81% in control group; the treatment group showed better efficacy than the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. After treatment, the treatment group showed lower level of TC, TG and LDL-C than the control group, while higher level of HDL-C than the control group（P 0.05）. After treatment, the treatment group showed higher Barthel and Fugl-Meyer scores than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusions： Chinese medicine meridian exercises can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms, decrease blood lipid metabolism, improve the patient＇s ability to live and exercise capacity in patients with chronic heart failure with hyperlipidemia.
