摘要
大电网新形势下,安全稳定控制系统及其通信通道运行方式面临的新变化、新要求。文章重点阐述了在电力通信网单平面环网结构条件下,双平面安控系统业务方式安排存在主备平面通道共缆、跨级安控通道独立性不满足的问题。并根据运维经验,对安自装置通信通道运行方式安排策略进行分析研究,采用加装1+1切换装置和为通道配置SNCP保护两种方式安排策略来满足安控系统双平面独立要求。
Under the new situation of large power grid, security and stability control system and its communication channel operation mode are facing new changes and new requirements. This paper focuses on the problems of common cable between main and standby plane channels and unsatisfactory independence of cross-level security control channels under the single-plane ring network structure of power communication network. According to the operation and maintenance experience, this paper analyzes and studies the operation mode arrangement strategy of the communication channel of the safety and self-control device, and adopts the two methods of installing 1+1 switching device and configuring SNCP protection for the channel to arrange the strategy to meet the requirements of the double-plane independence of the safety and control system.
