船舶辅锅炉模拟教学训练系统设计与开发

摘要 本文以立式锅炉为基础,结合计算机控制及仿真技术,对辅锅炉模拟教学训练系统进行设计和实现。主要介绍了训练系统的结构和功能,基于PLC实现了锅炉的自动控制,基于虚拟软件技术实现了维修训练系统的操作,达到了教学训练的目标。 Based on the vertical boiler, combined with computer control and simulation technology, this paper designs and achieves simulation teaching and training system of the auxiliary boiler. It mainly introduces the structure and function of the training system, and realizes the automatic control of the boiler based on PLC, realizes the operation of the maintenance training system based on virtual software technology, and achieves the goal of teaching and training.
