摘要
本文对树脂基复合材料轴的阻尼及其作用机理进行了分析,通过具体案例,利用扭转振动的计算分析方法对树脂基复合材料轴在不同阻尼参数下的功耗进行了计算,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对其在不同功耗下的温升进行了分析,形成了树脂基复合材料轴温度安全性评估方法。该方法可以用来指导树脂基复合材料轴结构及性能的优化设计。
In this paper,the damping and it's infection of resin matrix composite shaft is analyzed.Through a specific case,the power loss of resin matrix composite shaft under different damping parameters are calculated using the calculation of torsional vibration analysis methods,the temperature rise under different power loss are studied using the ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The established evaluation method can be used to guide the optimization design of structure and properties on resin matrix composite shaft.
