上颌窦良性病变手术治疗的研究进展

Study progress of surgical treatment for benign lesions of maxillary sinus

随着医学技术的发展及医学工作者对鼻腔鼻窦解剖、病理生理学认识的加深,上颌窦良性病变的手术治疗方法亦日臻完善,由传统的Caldwell-Luc手术、鼻侧切开术到现代微创的鼻内镜下经中鼻道扩大上颌窦自然窦口入路手术、下鼻道开窗入路手术、鼻内镜联合Caldwell-Luc手术、鼻内镜下泪前隐窝入路手术。采用一种或联合两种手术方法几乎可以解决所有的上颌窦良性病变,为病人解决疾病问题的同时也满足了患者对微创的要求。本文就上颌窦良性病变手术治疗方法的研究进展做如下综述。

With the development of medical technology and the deepening of medical workers ＇understanding of the anatomic and pathophysiology of nasal sinuses,the surgical treatment methods of benign maxillary sinus diseases are becoming more and more perfect. The traditional Caldwell-Luc surgery,lateral rhinotomy to modern minimally invasive endoscopic sinus surgery through the middle nasal canal enlarges the maxillary sinus natural sinus orifice approach. Nasolacrimal approach,endoscopic sinus surgery combined with Caldwell-Luc and endoscopic lacrimal recess approach. The use of one or combination of two surgical methods can solve most of the benign maxillary sinus diseases,not solve the disease problem for the patients,but also meet the patient＇s requirements for minimally invasive. This article reviews the progress of surgical treatment of maxillary sinus benign lesions.
