摘要 目的探讨SSP与网络课程资源融合在内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法将259名2016级高职高专护理专业学生按行政班级分为对照组(128名)和研究组(131名)。对照组采用传统教学方法;研究组采用内科护理学采用SSP与网络课程资源融合的方法。课程结束后,两组同学均进行理论及实践考核,参与问卷调查。比较、分析、评价教学效果。结果研究组理论及实践考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.01);问卷调查显示,大部分同学赞同基于标准化病人的动态性案例教学法,与对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组干预后总分(95.09±28.19),高于对照组干预后(82.36±29.77),也高于自身干预前(8.31±34.28),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 SSP与网络课程资源融合教学法适合高职高专内科护理的教学,有利有护生获取内科护理前沿知识的视界,提高教学效果,有助于提高护生的临床岗位的胜任力。 Objective To explore the effect of the integration of SSP and online curriculum resources in the teaching of internal medicine nursing.Methods A total of 259 nursing students( grade 2016) in vocational colleges were divided into a control group( 128) and a study group( 131) according to the administrative class.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method. The research group adopted the method of integration of the SSP and online curriculum resources. At the end of the course,both groups of students performed theoretical and practical assessments and participated in the questionnaire survey. Compare,analyze,and evaluate the teaching effectiveness.Results The theoretical and practical scores of the study group were higher than that of the control group( P〈0.01). Questionnaire survey showed that most of the students agreed with the dynamics case system based on standardized patients. There was a statistically significant difference between the study group and the control group( P〈0.01). The total score of the study group after the intervention was( 95.09± 28.19) which was higher than that of the control group( 82.36±29.77),and also higher than that before the intervention( 8.31±34.28). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusions SSP and online course resources integration teaching method is suitable for medical nursing teaching in higher vocational colleges, which is favorable for nursing students to get the vision of medical nursing forefront knowledge,improve teaching effect,and help improve the clinical position competency of nursing students.
