循环氢压缩机干气密封泄漏压力上升的原因分析

摘要 对循环氢压缩机在运行中发生的驱动端干气密封泄漏压力逐步上升、泄漏流量稳定的现象进行了分析和处理。根据现场干气密封工作参数的变化情况,断定干气密封工作状态良好,摩擦副没有受到损害,是单向阀不畅通的问题引起泄漏压力上升。最后在压缩机正常运行的状态下,拆卸、清洗、检查单向阀,使泄漏压力偏高的问题得到解决。 The analysis and treatment process of leakage pressure rising and leakage flow stabilization of dry gas seal at driving end of high pressure circulating hydrogen compressor in operation are described. According to the change of the working parameters of the dry gas seal,it is concluded that the dry gas seal is in good working condition and the friction pair is not damaged. The leakage pressure rises is due to the unidirectional valve's obstruction. Finally,under the normal operation condition of the compressor,the unidirectional valve is disassembled,cleaned and checked,so that the problem of high leakage pressure was well solved.
