随着原油重质化以及原油储罐的大型化,油罐机械清洗技术具备安全、健康、环保、高效等优点,符合当前油罐清洗业的发展趋势。文章阐述了油罐机械清洗技术在中海油惠州石化有限公司的实践应用,并就清洗过程中存在的问题制定了有效的对策。与人工清罐相比,油罐机械清洗技术具有全过程密闭清洗,安全环保性能高、作业时间短、原油回收率高且回收油性能稳定、社会效益及经济效益显著等优点,推广应用前景巨大。

With crude oil tends to be heavier and the crude oil tanks tend to be larger in scale,COW mechanical cleaning is in line with the current development trend of the tank cleaning industry with its advantages of safety,health,environmental protection and high efficiency. The practical application of COW mechanical cleaning technology in CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. was introduced. Effective countermeasures for the problems in the cleaning process were formulated. Comparing with artificial clearing tanks,COW mechanical cleaning technology has the advantages of closed-loop cleaning in whole process,high safety and environmental protection performance,short working time,high crude oil recovery rate,stable oil recovery performance,significant social benefits and economic benefits,which has good prospect for popularization and application.
