摘要
目的研究分析脑血管支架置入术后应用低分子肝素(LMWH)抗凝并联合综合护理干预的临床效果。方法对我院在2015年1月至2015年8月期间收治的55例动脉瘤破裂合并蛛网膜下腔出血且实行脑血管支架置入栓塞术后患者纳入研究对象设为对照组并给予LMWH抗凝治疗,同前将我院在2015年9月至2016年5月期间收治的55例该患者纳入研究对象设为观察组并在对照组的基础上联合综合护理干预治疗,研究分析护理干预前后的影响效果。结果观察组患者经护理干预后血小板计数和活化部分凝血酶原时间值与对照组相比,无明显差异(P> 0. 05),观察组患者护理后其神经功能改善明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论脑血管支架置入术后采用低分子肝素药物抗凝联合综合护理干预治疗可有效的改善患者的病症,减少患者的神经系统损伤并加快恢复,改善患者生活情绪,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) therapy combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cerebrovascular stent implantation. Methods Combined subarachnoid hemorrhage and the patients with cerebrovascular stent implantation after embolization into the study given low molecular weight heparin in the treatment as the control group and rupture in our hospital during January 2015 to August 2015 were 55 cases of aneurysms,as in our hospital during the period from September 2015 to May 2016 were 55 cases of the patients were enrolled in the study. As the observation group and in the control group on the basis of combined with comprehensive nursing intervention treatment, analysis of the impact of the effect of nursing intervention. Results The observation group patients by nursing intervention after platelet count and activated partial thromboplastin time value compared with the control group, no significant difference was statistically significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The patients in the observation group after the nursing care of neurological function improved significantly better than the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Cerebral vascular stenting with LMWH combined with comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the patient' s symptoms, reduce the damage to the nervous system and accelerate the recovery of patients, improve patient life mood, improve the quality of life of patients.
