慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭及血栓患者于无创呼吸机治疗期间实施优质护理的效果

The Effect of High-quality Clinical Nursing Intervention on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure and Thrombosis in the Treatment of Noninvasive Ventilators

目的对使用无创呼吸机的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭及血栓患者的临床优质护理效果进行观察分析。方法选择慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭及血栓患者(共61例)作为此次观察分析的对象,并按照随机分配的原则随机分设为研究组及对照组,两组均给予无创呼吸通气治疗,并给予研究组(31例)在此基础上实施临床优质护理措施,对照组(30例)则实施常规护理,对比分析两组患者对护理服务的总满意度及凝血功能的情况。结果研究组凝血功能明显优于对照组,治疗满意度的明显优于对照组,并发症的发生率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论给予慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭及血栓患者采用无创呼吸机进行治疗,并在治疗期间实施临床优质护理,可取得较为理想的护理效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of high quality nursing care in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） complicated with respiratory failure and thrombosis. Methods For the treatment of COPD complicated with respiratory failure in patients with thrombosis （61 cases）as the object of observation and analysis, and in accordance with the principle of random divided into randomly assigned to study group and control group,two groups were given noninvasive ventilation treatment, and study group（31 cases）on the basis of the implementation of clinical quality nursing out should explain the clinical nursing measures different from ordinary patients, such as personalized, specialized or high quality nursing measures and measures, the control group （30 cases）was given routine nursing care, compared the total satisfaction of nursing service and blood coagulation function in two groups of patients ）. Results Of coagulation function were significantly better than the control group, significantly better than the treatment with the control group, this part can be expressed as：the function of blood coagulation research group was better than the control group, the control group was significantly better than the treatment satisfaction. The incidence of complications was lower than the control group, andP 〈 0.05. Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator treatment with COPD with respiratory failure and thrombosis, and the implementation of clinical quality nursing care can achieve the ideal nursing effect.
