健康教育联合常规护理在肺结核合并血栓患者中的护理效果

Health Education in Combination with Conventional Nursing care of Patients with Tuberculosis Merger Thrombosis Effect

目的在肺结核患者中实施常规护理联合健康教育对其心理波动影响以及下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的预防作用。方法将我院86例肺结核分为两组进行研究:分别为对照组与研究组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理进行干预,研究组实施常规护理联合健康教育进行干预,对两组患者护理前后的抑郁、焦虑心理状况,对比两组患者护理后的DVT发生状况。结果两组患者护理前其抑郁、焦虑心理状况比较差异不明显,护理后研究组的抑郁、焦虑心理改善状况明显优于对照组(P <0. 05),两组患者护理后研究组的DVT发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论肺结核患者中实施常规护理联合健康教育,可有效改善患者的不良心理状况,并有效降低DVT发生率。

Objective To evaluate the effect of routine nursing and health education on psychological fluctuation and the prevention of deep venous thrombosis（ DVT） of lower extremity in patients with puhnonary tuberculosis. Methods 86 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital were divided into two groups. Study：control group and study group, There were 43 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treatedwith routine nursing, and the patients in the study group were treated with routine nursing combined with health education. The depression and anxiety of the patients before and after nursing in the two groups were investigated. Results There was no significant difference in depression and anxiety between the two groups before nursing care. The improvement of depression and anxiety in the study group after nursing was better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of DVT in the study group after nursing was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Routine nursing combined with health education was carried out in the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. It can effectively improve the patients＇ bad psychological condition and reduce the incidence of DVT.
