不同护理模式在剖宫产合并深静脉血栓形成患者中的效果

Effect of Different Nursing Modes on Patients with deep vein Thrombosis after Cesarean Section

摘要 目的探究不同护理模式在剖宫产合并下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者中的护理效果。方法将我院收治的84例剖宫产患者作为本次研究所观察的对象,将其采用动态随机化法分为两组进行研究,分别为采用常规护理的参照组与采用综合护理干预的研究组,每组产妇各42例。对两组产妇护理后的凝血因子指标水平、DVT发生率以及患者对护理的满意度进行对比分析。结果经过护理后,研究组产妇的aPTT、PT、D-D指标水平高于参照组,(P <0. 05);研究组产妇的DVT发生率远低于参照组,研究组DVT发生率为2. 38%参照组的16. 67%(7/42)(P <0. 05);并且,研究组满意度为95. 24%,参照组满意度为76. 19%,研究组患者的护理满意度明显高于参照组(P <0. 05)。结论综合护理干预模式在剖宫产合并DVT患者护理效果明显,有效改善产妇凝血指标水平,降低深静脉血栓程度,提高护理满意度。
