制备工艺对粉煤灰泡沫玻璃孔结构的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用粉煤灰、玻璃粉为主要原料,以碳酸钠、磷酸钠分别作为发泡剂和稳泡剂,制备粉煤灰泡沫玻璃。运用4因素3水平的正交试验方法研究了粉煤灰和碳酸钠掺量、发泡温度、发泡时间对粉煤灰泡沫玻璃气孔结构和平均孔径的影响,考察了泡沫玻璃气孔结构形态、孔径分布等。结果表明:粉煤灰泡沫玻璃的平均孔径受碳酸钠掺量的影响最为显著,其次为发泡温度,粉煤灰掺量对平均孔径的影响最小;9组样品的孔径数量随尺寸的变化近似呈正态分布,85%以上的平均孔径处于0.1~2.0 mm。 Ash foam glass was prepared with fly ash and glass powder as main raw materials, sodium carbonate as foaming agent, and trisodium phosphate as suds-stabilizing agent. The influence of the amount of fly ash and sodium carbonate, foaming temperature and foaming time on pore structure of foam glass was studied by orthogonal experiment of 4 factors and 3 levels. The pore structure morphology and pore size distribution of foam glass were investigated. The result showed that the effect of sodium carbonate content on the average pore size was the most obvious, followed by foaming temperature, and the amount of fly ash had the smallest influence on the average pore size. The pore size of the 9 sets of samples was approximately normal distribution with the size change, and more than 85% of the pore size was 0.1-2.0 mm.
