掺铁TiO_2粉末制备及其光催化反应动力学研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过水热法制备掺铁Ti O2粉末,以乙基紫溶液为污染物,探讨掺铁Ti O2粉末用量m、乙基紫的初始质量浓度c0和掺铁量x(摩尔分数)等因素在可见光照下对乙基紫溶液催化降解反应动力学的影响。研究得出最佳光催化降解试验条件为:60 W白炽灯照射,m=2.0 g/L,pH=6,c0=10 mg/L,x=5%、17℃室温下反应1.5 h。乙基紫的光催化降解过程符合一级反应动力学方程,表观反应速率常数k最大值达到0.170 8 h-1。 TiO_2 powders were prepared by hydrothermal method. Ethyl violet solution was used as the contaminated liquid to test the photocatalytic reaction kinetics of ethyl violet solution by iron-doping TiO_2 powders. The effects of the catalyst dosage m, ethyl violet's initial concentration c0, amount of iron-doping x in TiO_2 were tested under visible light. Experimental results show that under the optimal conditions(catalyst dosage m=2.0 g/L, ethyl violet's initial concentration c0=10 mg/L, pH=6, amount of iron-doping x=5%(molar fraction), 60 W incandescent lamp irradiation, reaction time t=1.5 h at room temperature 17 ℃), the kinetic procedure of photo-catalytic degradation of ethyl violet conforms to the first-order kinetics equation, the apparent reaction rate constant k reaches the maximum 0.170 8 h-1.
