微波辅助水热法合成13X型沸石分子筛 被引量:3

摘要 以煅烧后脱去结构水,具有较高反应活性的煅烧煤系高岭土为原料,采用微波辅助水热两步法合成13X型沸石分子筛,并用静态水吸附率测定、X射线衍射、扫描电镜、晶粒尺寸计算等手段对样品进行表征。研究预晶化时间、预晶化温度、晶化时间、晶化温度等因素对合成13X型分子筛的影响。结果表明:75℃条件下微波预晶化10 min后在80℃条件下水热晶化24 h,制备出相对结晶度较高,晶型完整,大小均一,平均晶粒尺寸为110 nm的13X分子筛,其静态水吸附率可达到35.44%。 13 X zeolites were synthesized by microwave hydrothermal method with after calcining destructured water, calcined coal-based kaolin with high reactivity was used as raw material, which were characterized by static water adsorption, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and grain size calculation. The effects of precrystallization time, precrystallization temperature, crystallization time, and crystallization temperature on the synthesis of 13 X zeolites were investigated. The results showed regular and smooth grain crystal with average size of 110 nm was obtained, and the static water adsorption rate could reach 35.44%, with the condition of microwave pre-crystallizing temperature was 75 ℃ and time was 10 min, and hydrothermal crystallization 24 h at 80 ℃.
