摘要 以人工钠化镁基膨润土为原料,采用羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)与其复配制备复合球团黏结剂,并利用氧化球团造球试验和分子模拟研究复合球团黏结剂提高生球性能的机理。结果表明,CMC以静电吸附、氢键和化学吸附的形式作用在蒙脱石的表面和端面,促使蒙脱石晶粒在磁铁矿颗粒中分散得更为均匀,固体颗粒间的接触面积增大,复合黏结剂与铁矿表面发生的化学吸附进一步增多,抗压抗剪能力进一步提升,有利于生球性能的提高。 Artificial sodium Mg-bentonite was used as the raw material. The carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) was used to prepare compound pellet binder, and the mechanism of compound pellet binder to improve the properties of green pellets were studied by using oxidized pelletizing experiment and molecular simulation. The results showed that CMC acts on the surface and edge of montmorillonite by electrostatic adsorption, hydrogen bond and chemical adsorption. The improved montmorillonite dispersion in pellets was observed, with increased surface area. The chemical adsorption of the compound binder and the magnetite surface was increased, and the compressive and shear strength was further improved, which was conducive to the improvement of pellet performance.
