粉煤灰基聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂处理洗煤废水研究 被引量:3

摘要 以粉煤灰为原料制备聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂,利用傅里叶红外光谱仪测定该絮凝剂,分析其化学成分及结构。考察不同pH值、絮凝剂投入量等对洗煤废水处理效果的影响,结果表明:在500 mL洗煤废水中,投入粉煤灰基聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂20 mg/L,用Ca O调节废水起始pH值为9时,处理后废水的化学需氧量(COD)值降低率达到93.32%,固体悬浮物(SS)去除率为98.21%,COD值和SS分别降至273.05 mg/L和50.26 mg/L。 Polysilicate aluminum flocculant was prepared using fly ash as raw material, its composition and structure were analyzed by FT-IR. The effect of initial pH value and amount of flocculant on the treatment efficiency of coal washing wastewater were investigated. The experimental results showed that the dosages of fly ash based flocculants in 500 mL coal washing wastewater is 20 mg/L, the initial pH value is 9 after CaO adjusting, COD value decreasing rate was 93.32%, SS removal rate reached 98.21%, COD value and SS were 273.05 mg/L and 50.26 mg/L, respectively.
