酸性废水对煤矸石腐蚀的矿物特征

摘要 通过对酸处理前后煤矸石的化学组分进行测试,分析酸性废水对煤矸石的腐蚀性能。结果表明:东胜煤矸石经过酸处理比蒸馏水处理后的质量损失率高,而薛家湾和乌海煤矸石经过2种浸泡液处理后质量损失率相近。中性溶液处理后,东胜和乌海煤矸石吸收峰位置不变,成分和结构没有变化,而薛家湾煤矸石发生较大变化;经酸溶液处理后的3种煤矸石的高岭石和石英晶体结构均发生变化;中性和酸性溶液对薛家湾煤矸石的结构都有影响,且吸收峰值最为显著,耐酸腐蚀性较差;中性溶液对于东胜和乌海煤矸石的结构无影响。从FTIR和XRD的谱线分析,东胜煤矸石试样在未处理、蒸馏水和酸溶液处理3种状态下抗腐蚀性能较好。 The acid treatment coal gangues were studied for decay resistance according to chemical composition change detected. The results showed that the mass loss rate of the coal gangue treated by acid solution was higher than that by distilled water's for Dongsheng coal gangue. While xuejiawan coal gangue and Wuhai coal gangue had the similar quality loss rate after soaking in acid and distilled water. The absorption peak position of Dongsheng coal gangue and Wuhai coal gangue invariant, and the structure and composition of no change as treated by acid solution, while that of Xuejiawan coal gangue's changed. Kaolinite and Quartz crystal changed in these three coal gangues after treated by acid solution, coal gangue was affected by acid or neutral solution in crystal structure and showed the most obvious absorption peak, which indicated that it had poor corrosion resistance. There was almost no effect on Dongsheng coal gangue and Wuhai coal gangue in neutral solution. According to the spectral line analysis of FTIR and XRD, the Dongsheng coal gangue samples had better corrosion resistance under the three conditions of untreated, distilled water and acid solution treatment.
