脱硫石膏-粉煤灰砖的力学性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 以某电厂提供的脱硫石膏和粉煤灰为主要原料,采用压制成型制备胶结砖材,研究了粉煤灰掺量、水固比、养护制度对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,脱硫石膏-粉煤灰砖的强度逐渐降低;蒸压养护比自然养护砖强度高。基于以上特点,在蒸压制度下,粉煤灰掺量为40%,水固比为0.31,脱硫石膏-粉煤灰砖在龄期为14 d时,抗压强度为8.19 MPa。 The desulfurized gypsum and fly ash from a power plant were used as the main raw materials, and the bonding bricks were made by pressing and molding. The effects of fly ash content, water solid ratio and curing regime on the mechanical properties of desulphurization gypsumfly ash brick were studied. The results show that the strength of desulphurized gypsum fly ash brick decreases gradually with the increase of fly ash content; the strength of autoclaved curing bricks is higher than that of natural curing. When the amount of fly ash is 40%, the ratio of water to solid is 0.31, the compressive strength of the desulphurized gypsum-fly ash brick is 8.19 MPa at the age of 14 d under the autoclave system based on the above characteristics.
