节律基因Clock和Per2在高邮鸭不同组织中的表达分析

摘要 Clock和Per2为两个重要的节律基因,在调节昼夜节律中具有重要作用。为弄清节律基因Clock和Per2在鸭组织中的表达情况,本文采用荧光定量PCR的方法检测了Clock和Per2两基因在鸭下丘脑、垂体、卵巢、肾上腺、肝脏、胸肌、腿肌,以及不同大小的卵泡颗粒细胞中的表达情况。结果表明,Clock和Per2两基因在所检测的几种组织和卵泡颗粒细胞中均有表达,而且两基因在组织中表达量高低水平变化趋势一致。提示,Clock和Per2两基因可能共同调节鸭昼夜节律。本研究为鸭Clock和Per2基因研究奠定理论基础。 Clock and Per2 are two important rhythmic genes, which play an important role in regulating circadian rhythms. In order to clarify the expression of Clock and Per2 gene in duck tissues, the expression of these two genes in the hypothalamus, pituitary, ovary, adrenal, liver, chest, leg muscles and different sizes follicle granulosa cells were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR method. The results showed that Clock and Per2 genes were expressed in these tissues and follicle granulosa cells, and the change of expression level of two genes was consistent. The result indicated that Clock and Per2 genes may regulate the circadian rhythm of ducks together. The study lay a theoretical foundation for the further research of duck Clock and Per2 genes.
