尿毒清颗粒辅助常规治疗在改善C R F患者肾功能的价值 被引量:2

The value of Niao Du Qing granule combined with routine treatment in improving renal function of CRF patients

摘要 目的:探讨尿毒清颗粒辅助常规治疗在改善CRF(慢性肾功能衰竭)患者肾功能的价值。方法:将2015年1月~2016年5月我院收治的97例CRF患者,按系统随机化法分为A组48例和B组49例。A组给予常规治疗,B组在A组基础上给予尿毒清颗粒口服,对两组治疗两个月后的临床有效率、治疗前后血肌酐、尿素氮、肌酐清除率、β2-微球蛋白水平和不良反应情况进行比较分析。结果:B组临床总有效率(83.67%)高于A组(60.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组血肌酐、尿素氮和β2-微球蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且B组上述指标水平均低于A组(P<0.05),B组治疗后肌酐清除率高于治疗前且高于A组治疗后(P<0.05),但A组治疗前后肌酐清除率无显著差异(P>0.05);两组未见严重不良反应。结论:尿毒清颗粒对CRF具有较好辅助治疗作用,能够有效控制血肌酐、尿素氮和β2-微球蛋白水平,提高肌酐清除率,且用药安全性较高。 Objective: To explore the value of Niao Du Qing granule(CRF)in improving the renal function of patients with chronic renal failure(TCM). Methods: 97 CRF patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to May in ~2016 were randomly divided into A group and B group according to the randomization method of A. Group A was given routine treatment. Group B was given oral administration of Niu Du Qing Granule on the basis of group A. The clinical efficiency,serum creatinine,creatinine clearance rate,beta 2-microglobulin level,and adverse reaction of the 2 groups after 2 months of treatment were compared and analyzed. Results: the total clinical effective rate(83.67%) in group B was higher than that in group A(60.42%),and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and beta 2-microglobulin in the 2 groups were lower than those in the group B(P〈0.05),and the creatinine clearance rate in B group was higher than before and before treatment and higher than that before treatment and higher than that of group B. After treatment in group A(P〈0.05),there was no significant difference in creatinine clearance rate between group A and before treatment(P〉0.05); no serious adverse reactions were observed in the 2 groups. Conclusion:Niu Du Qing granule has a good adjuvant effect on CRF patients. It can effectively control the level of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and beta 2-microglobulin,and improve the creatinine clearance rate,and the safety of drug use is high.
