奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗进展期胃癌的疗效及安全性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗进展期胃癌的疗效及安全性。方法:选取本院于2016年7月~2018年2月收治78例进展期胃癌患者,予以随机数字抽选,进行分组试验。研究组(n=39)予以奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗,对照组(n=39)予以表柔比星、顺铂以及氟尿嘧啶联合(ECF)化疗治疗。比较两组疗效和安全性。结果:研究组的临床总有效率(92.31)显著高于对照组(64.10%)(P<0.05);研究组在治疗期间的整体不良反应情况显著少于对照组(P<0.05),胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制的情况显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。其余不良反应的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对进展期胃癌进行奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗,可获得确切疗效,安全性较高,值得推广。
