基于观眼识证理论分析肝肾阴虚证下焦区络脉特异性 被引量:2

Research on Specificity of Collaterals on Liver and Kidney Yin-deficiency Syndrome in Lower Energizer Region Based on Theory of Diagnosis of Inspecting Eyes

摘要 目的:观察肝肾阴虚证患者下焦区白睛络脉特点,为观眼识证理论提供形态学证据。方法:试验分为试验组与对照组,试验组为肝肾阴虚证患者,对照组为健康自愿者,每组60例,性别、年龄差异无统计学意义。根据彭氏眼针分区定穴方法,选取左眼下焦区,采用ZL104型微循环检测仪对下焦区白睛络脉的形态、流态、管周状态进行观察并定量分析统计。结果:(1)白睛络脉总积分、形态积分、流态积分试验组均高于对照组(P 〈0. 05)。管周状态积分两组差异不显著(P=0. 326〉 0. 05)。(2)两组形态积分中,清晰度、网状结构、微血管数等分项试验组积分高于对照组(P 〈0. 05)。流态积分中,血色积分、动静脉短路支积分试验组均高于对照组(P 〈0. 05)。管周状态积分中各分项差异均无统计学意义(P〉 0. 05)。结论:肝肾阴虚证患者下焦区白睛络脉形态颜色具有一定的特异性。其与彭老异常络脉形态颜色分类中的颜色深红、曲张或怒张、分岔较多、模糊一片形态一致、病机相通。 Objective: To observe the characteristics of collaterals in sclera-conjunctiva of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney sydrome patients in the lower energizer region. Methods: Patients of Yin-deficiency of liver and kidney were screened and incorporated into the observation group. Healthy volunteers were recruited and selected into the control group. There were no statistical significant difference in age or gender between two groups. According to the theory of eye acupuncture region-dividing point location,we chose lower energizer region of left eye of patients and control people. Referring to the method of bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation(BCMC) quantitative analysis,we observed the shape,the flow state and blood vessel circumstance of collateral in sclera-conjunctiva on lower energizer region by using ZL104 BCMC detector and then we made the analysis on the data from the images that observed. Results: The total integral and the shape integral flow state integral were different in two groups. The observation group's was higher than that of the control group. The difference between control group and observation group in vessel circumstance was not statistically significant(P = 0. 326 0. 05). The shape integral,the integral of clarity,net structure,microvessel number and diameter of venule were different between control group and observation group. The observation group's were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). The blood flow state integral,the integral of blood color and arteriovenous shunt in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). The vessel circumstance integral,the integral of exudation and edema,bleeding and hemosiderosis were not statistically significant in two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Collaterals in sclera-conjunctiva in lower energizer region was diffreret in patients with Yin-deficiency of liver and kidney comparing with those of the control people. All those changes of collaterals in the trails are the same as professor PENG's description of deep red,varicose,multi-embranchment and dim area and they are the same in pathogenesis.
