基于文献计量学方法的中医脾胃病症状术语标准化研究

A study on the Standardization of Symptoms of Spleen and Stomach Syndrome Based on Bibliometrics

目的：运用文献计量学的研究方法对中医脾胃系统疾病范围的症状术语进行标准化研究。方法：通过搜集相关标准、教材及学术期刊等普遍认可的文献,从中提取原始中医脾胃病症状词语,并按照术语命名的7大原则确定术语词条。对于遴选的中医脾胃病症状术语按照部位进行归类,参照术语定义原则界定其概念后征求专家意见,进而不断修改完善。结果：最终确立中医脾胃病常见症状术语并构建中医脾胃病症状术语数据库。

Objective： The research methods of bibliometrics were used to standardize the symptom terminology of the disease range of the spleen and stomach system. Methods： By collecting relevant standards,textbooks and academic journals,etc,to extract the expression of the original TCM spleen and stomach disease,the term entry is determined in accordance with the seven principles of nomenclature. The term of TCM spleen and stomach disease is classified according to the location,after the definition of the term definition,the concept of the concept should be defined and the expert opinion should be consulted. Results： Finally,a glossary of common symptoms of spleen and stomach disease in Chinese medicine is established and the glossary of symptoms of spleen and stomach diseases is established.
